Submit the “Let’s Get Started!” form. Make sure this as detailed as possible to avoid your project getting declined!
Your form will be reviewed, and you will receive an acceptance or denial email within 5 business days. If you get a denial email, you are more than welcome to complete the form again, or reply to that email to start a conversation. It may be that you did not give enough details and information in your form, giving the team little to no idea of what you would like the outcome of the project to be.
Upon receiving an acceptance email, there will be directions on how to proceed. This email will include a summary of your form, the estimated cost/rate per hour, estimated time frame, payment information, and any other instructions that is necessary for your project.
FYI: An acceptance email DOES NOT mean your project is being worked on at that moment. Projects are not started until a deposit (price depends on project) has been received.
If you are in need of website assistance, revision or first-time creation, there will be a link in your acceptance email for you to book an initial Zoom meeting with Ameren. In this meeting, we will go over your project in greater detail. It is crucial to have this meeting, especially for website services, so both parties are on the same page and expectations are clear. There are so many details that come with building a website, so talking everything else will lay the foundation for a smooth process, and your website will be completed faster. Your project will not proceed without verbally discussing it. Be prepared to send your deposit during this Zoom meeting, and be prepared to purchase items necessary for your project such as a domain, hosting subscription, plug-in(s), add-on(s). This is also the point where Ameren will confirm log-ins so we can get started! Once I have access, the password will be changed for security reasons. You will receive the new password once your project is completed.
If you are requesting logos, flyers, posters, social media kits, etc., a Zoom meeting is not required. Just be sure to check your email frequently to view options that you can choose from and asking for feedback!
Based on the estimated time frame, which includes an approximate start date, your project will begin to be worked on. You will receive an email letting you know that your project has officially been started. If you feel more comfortable using text message to communicate, that is possible! Feel free to text or email any requests while your project is in progress. You will always hear back with thoughts and an adjusted estimated time frame. At the end of each work period on your project, you will receive all of my notes, pictures, links, feedback requests, questions, and your current bill. (Logos, flyers, ads, and social media kits WILL BE watermarked until payment is received at the end of the project period.) Please be sure to look for emails frequently and reply as soon as possible to avoid miscommunications. If you miss the emails and I have informed you that I have completed, your bill to date is due. Revisions are always available, but the same hourly rate to build the website is the same for revisions. To avoid having to pay more, reply to my emails and send your requests as soon as possible.
Project Completion Email. This email will include all files, links, my overall notes, and your bill.
Website Services: At this point, your website will be completely drafted until payment in full (not including revisions) has been received. If your project only involves a revision of one page or something similar, only the pages worked on by me will be drafted.
Payment. Payments are to be sent via Zelle or Venmo. Information will be included in the project completion email.

Payment Confirmation & Thank You Email. Once payment has been received and confirmed, you will receive an email.
Website Services: In this email, you will receive the new log-in and password. Your website will go live!
